A certified 6-Sigma black belt and LEAN practitioner, Rohan uses a people and process-first approach backed by data to systematize and create repeatable and reproducible processes enabling sellers to grow and scale their businesses.

Early Years
Prior to Rohan’s customer facing operations leadership and process improvement roles at Amazon), he spent 10 years at GE Healthcare and Terumo Cardiovascular Systems developing and introducing complex medical devices to market, ranging from X-Ray Machines and CT Scanners, to Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs). He received an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and has lived and conducted business across the US, South America, and South Asia.
He has a wealth of knowledge in business strategy, and operations including, product design, manufacturing, sourcing, product quality, product packaging for e-Commerce, fulfillment, Amazon FBA processes, and more.
